Welcome Parents and Guardians!

It was a pleasure to have so many of you come to our very first Parent Involvement activity for Market/Mall Day. The students had a fun time showcasing their knowledge through this fun and engaging activity. The goal was to see if each one of them remembered what we have learned each week of this Economics Unit. I noticed that your children enjoyed switching roles between a provider and a consumer. They also did a great job in comparing things as either a good or a service. They also had great money management skills with their kid bucks. I think your children definitely mastered the skill of identifying an item as either a need or want.

It was wonderful seeing the bond you have with your children. I will be uploading photos from the Market/Mall Day on this website (look under the 'Photos' tab) as well as posting them on our bulletin board in school. Thank you for coming and be on the look out for future events. See you soon!
